Feeding time with your baby can be one of the most precious moments and bonding time.

However it isn't always straightforward and simple. It doesn't matter which route you take, as long as you are feeding your baby then you are doing a great job.

We are dedicated to making sure you are supported and confident during this time.

Support Services in Southwark

Infant feeding support drop-in groups provide a space to discuss your breastfeeding needs with mother-to-mother breastfeeding peer counsellors and health visitors and midwives.

How we help:

The groups provide a safe and comfortable environment where pregnant and breastfeeding women and people are supported to start and continue breastfeeding. Specialist one-to-one breastfeeding support is available through referral from the drop-in groups.

Drop-in details:

  • Mondays 12pm to 2pm: 1st Place Children and Family Hub
  • Tuesdays 10am to 12pm: Crawford Primary School and Children's Centre
  • Thursdays 10am to 12pm: Southwark Park Playroom
  • Fridays 12pm to 2pm: Rye Oak Children's and Family Centre
 

Baby Buddy

Baby Buddy is a pregnancy and parenting app full of trusted information. It's made for mums, dads, and caregivers during pregnancy, birth and the baby's first year.

Baby Buddy helps you:

  • Understand pregnancy and birth and your choices so you become confident as a parent. Through which will help you support your babies development from 0-5.

The App offers exclusive videos and confidential emotional support text to help you navigate pregnancy and the transition into early parenting.
